我們所供應的食物皆源自於一些傳統的歐陸料理,
並融入台灣本土季節食材.

Aki的調酒師生涯從台灣開始,期間歷經了東京、大阪、倫敦、曼徹斯特、
華沙、阿姆斯特丹、紐約及巴黎長達十五年之久。
更多次在國際級調酒比賽中受獎無數,至今已獲得三次世界調酒大賽冠軍,
並擔任多家國際知名酒商的品牌大使將其所學分享給每一個喜愛雞尾酒的人們。
“享受與雞尾酒融合在一起的生活” ,
是形容INDULGE的調酒師們和Aki最貼切不過得一句話。

Aki began his bartender’s career in Taiwan, and continued through
Tokyo, Osaka, London, Manchester,
Warsaw, Amsterdam, New York and Paris over fifteen years.
Numerous bartending competition awards at international level alumni
and has so far received three World Cocktail Championships.
As an ambassador of liquor for several internationally renowned brands
that he has learned will be shared with every cocktail lover.
