Aki的調酒師生涯從台灣開始，期間歷經了東京、大阪、倫敦、曼徹斯特、

華沙、阿姆斯特丹、紐約及巴黎長達十七年之久。

更多次在國際級調酒比賽中受獎無數，至今已獲得三次世界調酒大賽冠軍，

並擔任多家國際知名酒商的品牌大使將其所學分享給每一個喜愛雞尾酒的人們。

Aki began hisbartender’s career in Taiwan, and continued through Tokyo, Osaka, London,Manchester, Warsaw, Amsterdam, New York and Paris over seventeen years.

Numerous bartending competition awards at international level alumni and has sofar received three World Cocktail Championships.

As an ambassador of liquor for several internationally renowned brands that hehas learned will be shared with every cocktail lover.

using the exclusive aging method developed by Aki Wang.

The spirit of cocktail making since 1798 is passed down and carried further

by these classic combinations with modern senses,

following the basic definition of cocktail-liquor, sugar, bitters and water.
